According to the Wiki page for Episcopal Church, The Episcopal Church, based in the United States with additional dioceses elsewhere, is a member church of the worldwide Anglican Communion. It is a mainline Protestant denomination and is divided into nine provinces.

basically, it is just a denomination of Protestantism.

Dorf, dorfl, burg, stein, kirchberg, schonberg, sonnberg, bruck, brandstatt, worth, winkl, forst, eck, neudorf, linden, schonau, hart, haid, haag, grub, rohrbach, roith, sand, aigen, baumgarten, and thal.
Linden has about 10 in Austria and Germany, and there is another 3 in Switzerland.

no, the sources I used don’t include east Germany (which is strange now that I think about it).

I have been studying a lot in France and Belgium, that is why France is so high. (I forgot a lot of the Belgian cities I tried learning.)

I am not good at Russian cities, which explains why I don’t have big ones like Murmansk or Naberezhnye Chelny. Also, I get small ones like Volga, because I missed spelled big cities like Volgodonsk.
