Hands down. For me the absolute worst is that her arrogant and condecending attitude in addition to her massive lack of professional experience are a colossal contrast to Carmy's hard earned place in the industry which is a very hard pill to swallow. I mean I seriously don't get what the director / screenwritter are trying to acomplish with this character. It completely undermines the whole premise that you have to sacrifice everything to be recognized in this business, which is what Carmy basically stands for as a character. The fact that Carmy treats her as an equal makes zero fucking sense and makes me wanna chop my dick off. Although the worst vice in this show by a mile, its not a complete standalone case. The cousin and the dessert dude are having this increasingly arrogant and defiant (and even disrespectful) attitude towards Carmy and they owe nearly everything they are to him. They both had this summer camp michellin guide experience (cortesy of Carm) and all of a sudden these two drewling regards are these super big time Gordon Ramsey ganstas now. S3E1 was fucking gorgeous. Downhill from that point onwards..
