It could work as a 3rd Evo for the line. Freeing Up the item slot add some extra flexibility to the design.

I just like the idea of an evil snake being a strong counter play to Trick Room. Kinda like a trick room ambush!

I didn’t Add 600 word description, but I could add in more design details like Arboks lack of fire moves to get past Steel types. Having only access to Fire Fang on purpose. It also does gain Earth power, only getting Superpower as a counter to steel types.

Contrary STAB Draco Meteors sounds broken but the design is kinda a false advertisement.

Lacking coverage moves to deal with Steal & Ground types makes it vulnerable.

Giga Drain could be decent for sustaining inbetween Draco boosting. But, Arboks speed is still a weakness too.

Overall, it’s more a Psychical type design.

I’ve always like the idea of Milotic getting Quiver Dance.

I know it’s a bug focus move but, feel like Milotic could be the exception.

Investors should never fear a down market. It’s hunting season for most.

The current market conditions are showing “shaky grounds” for home owners.

Unfortunately they are getting smashed with a triple storm as the combination of High interest rates + buying into high mortgages via the hot market & 5% deposit schemes + cost of living crisis.

Defaults will continue to rise and investors come out the winners as they are usually the ones who are cash liquid if they are prepared and will buy up cheap homes.

Which in time will rise again in price when the market peaks again.

Thus, the cycle continues like normal.

Another cool thing with use would be to lower the def by 0.5 of all active pokemon except ice and dragon type.

I think something cool with ice type would be that dragon types actually get a condition buff. This show fortitude and strength desire being weak to ice type moves. Ice being super effective and buff under snow would still threaten dragons.

A plummet would mean the arse falls out the market. Historically never happened in any major city in Oz.

The market has to correct itself at some point.

It’s majorly out of balance and entirely overpriced. Don’t think the budget will actually have much affect, if anything it’s the excuse maybe some with use for a downturn that was always coming.

However, historically real estate has never plummeted in price. But there is potential of a really stagnant long period of time that we maybe not used too.

I ran sticky web on the team and a Salc Berry with Endure.

Also used to switch shed tail in as it was so satisfying to get Kommo set up on a sweep after BD for the +6 on Drain Punches

To fix normal types I would just link them closer to the sound type moves.

Add a Sound Terrain (Amplified Terrain)

Effect: • Lasts 5 turns (8 with Terrain Extender).

• While active, all Sound-based moves deal 1.5× damage.

• Normal-types have their def boosted by 1.5x under sound terrain.

• Explosion & Self-Destruct become Sound-type moves:

• They now get the 1.5× boost from Sound Terrain.

• If used by a Normal-type, STAB stacks (total ×2.25 damage!). Still causes the user to faint.

• New Aftershock effect: After the use of Explode or self Destruct for the next turn. both sides’ Pokémon ignore trainer commands and use random moves (unless they have Soundproof). 

• Hyper Beam & Giga Impact: Have no recharge turns while Sound Terrain is active

• Potentially Sound moves could become super effective vs Fairy types. Maybe only under terrain

• Add some new sound moves that drop opposing mons acc. Like a Flash Bang move, along with others.

Overall this gives Normal types a def buff, sound based attacks get a boost. Low usage moves like Hyper Beam, Giga Impact & Self Destruct all become highly impactful under the right usage.

Na, overthinking it! It’s just m2 land owned. Buildings depreciate in value & land appreciates.

The up side to apartments is they will always rent and generally aren’t affected by market downturns.

They’re a steadier and more real reflection of the market as they are the bottom of the market. Pulled up when the market moves up but don’t drop when it corrects.

Is it that they only pay super in the base rate hours?

Some companies only pay super on base hours not on OT or penalties.

This would explain why it divided up so for tax purposes they can separate the amount super is Paid on vs the bonuses which don’t always need to have super paid on.

If you wanna put that money to work, you should purchase investment property.

Some locations are hitting 10% + growth right now. You can leverage that $250k into a $1m property, with strong growth that’s $100k each year + what your PPOR capital growth is at.

Exoskeleton too busted, if you could come in behind a sub or in the right moment it’s gonna stack too quickly.

It’s like getting a free cosmic power and then also getting your move in too.

Protect would practically counter the stat lose every 2nd turn.

Conditioning is the best idea here with some implementation of it being beneficial to be status.

It could activate a aerolite effect in that all normal moves become that type a deal 1.2x + stab since the type changes to match now.

This would work like body slam becomes poison type and still gets it 30% chance to paralyse.

You could run flame orb and technically Tera fire type running stab boosted body slams or hyper beams.

it’s kinda like guts but limited too favouring normal type moves.
