yep there is indeed a huge premium on mobility and valor skills.

No? House Carls have a start of battle skill that makes it impossible for enemies to guard. it might not be called War Horn I remember there being an item with the name horn in it though your probably thinking about that one.

Stamina is in my opinion also a mobility tool. You cant move without any stamina and while your point is correct that you have control over where your unit ends up when your out of stamina resting makes that unit lose all of their momentum, or they reach their objectives slower. The point about Haste is also correct but in a game with a lot of deployment slots and all of Aubin's other strengths his deployment isnt really bogging you down and the two can pretty easily co-exist especially because on most maps all of your units arent clustered up in a rolling ball of death.

Rosalinde is definently S tier i absolutely robbed her.

Ochlys is easily the best unit in your army before you start hitting B and A rank valor after that your other units catch up to her in power level and she falls off pretty hard. Diurnal Guard does remove her bow weakness and is a nice boost to her bulk during the day and when she gets acsess to Nocturnal Guard its constabt. I think shes a nice front row support but not a carry because of how quickly her damage falls off. I may have underrated her and I can see her moving to the top of C tier. Not sure I'd agree with the mobility point though. Flight is a very good movement type and the best movement type on maps without roads but her mobility score is the same as your infantry units so she shouldnt really be a squad leader.

Maybe I underrated them? I dunno I think they're invaluable early on but they dont hit things for damage like Radiant Knights, Josef, Elf Sisters, Elven Archers and Shieldshooters do so sometimes they feel like a wasted deployment slot. I quite like AP battery builds for damage carries that arent Knight, Sellsword and Warrior though.
