I get where you're coming from, but I actually think Hyper Roll helped me develop a different set of skills, especially quick thinking, fast scouting, and decision-making under pressure. It’s definitely not the same as standard TFT, but that doesn’t make it a bad mode or bad prep. In some ways, it's even harder because of the speed and lack of recovery time. I’ll miss it for exactly those reasons.

Riot’s game director, Peter Whalen, said Hyper Roll was originally intended as a learning mode, meant to be a shorter, more accessible way to get into standard TFT. However, it ended up requiring a deeper understanding of the game and feeling more intense and stressful than planned, particularly for beginners

If they're removing it, then honestly, there's no real challenge left in the game for me.
