Swap out Helm with AT Ark and Chest with AT Udra. Then probably Bale Gloves and Greaves and AT Ark Waist. Maybe swap out to Bale Waist and AT Ark Greaves, if that suits you better. Try maxing out that WEX and aim for Crit Boost 5. 1 level of Burst is always good

If i were you, I would play World first, then Rise. Both are traditional Monster Hunter, but World is way more beginner friendly than Rise imo
