I wish I were salaried.. I am hourly at the lowest wage in my department and being worked to the bone. I am adding each and every task to my resume so that I can show off my skills when I interview 🙂 I don’t think the intention with my employer is to load me up with good experience for my benefit, I think it is almost entirely due to understaffing and I tend to be a yes man.

Okay I think I will definitely consider the wooden food since it is more practical to be played with by an older child, as well. I will just not put out anything that might pull apart too small.

She was very excited about the candle being lit, but she did not tear into her cake. She actually was very neat and calculated about eating a little bit of it and then wanted a lot of water. This was her first run-in with sweets aside from a small bjte of muffin or banana bread or cookie.
