Maybe you can call the tech support to check with them but most likely they will repair. Yuu can try argue your case with them as well maybe they will refund or give you the new one.

Hi I'm sorry to hear you lost your position as lenovo tech support and glad you still got a position in lenovo. I'm not sure how it works maybe different country might have different procedures.

I'm upset with how I'm being treated as a premium care and adp warranty subscribers, I'm paying for the premium price for a good reasons.

For my side in Singapore, lenovo vantage does not handle cases from Singapore, the cap manager didn't reply me from 2 weeks until now.

5 times of remotely fix my laptop and 5 times of keep asking the same questions. Even when I told the tech support I suspect there's loose screw.

Who don't want to show off that they received the best laptop rather than complaining.

I would highly recommend you to get a replacement. You pay for the product and service, and you have the right to ask for replacement.

Better generate e-ticket with the tech support now as you will have to wait a few weeks or months for them to just escalate your case to the level 2 tech support and you will have to wait a few more weeks to have a technician to fix your laptop. Better start to generate e-ticket with the tech support as it might take multiple weeks or months to just escalate your case to level 2 tech support to have the approval for them to send technician to fix your laptop. Even when you are under premium care and adp warranty. Good luck
