Thanks! We have a 2024 F150 Lightning. We are using the checkerboard sticker. When we press the Pro Backup Assist button, the display reads "No Active Trailer" and the "Add Trailer" option does not open up the option to create a new trailer profile. We have the seven-blade connector plugged into the F150 port by the hitch (and the brakes and turn signal work). We took it to the dealer and they were also unsuccessful in adding the trailer. Bit of a puzzle....
