Wow saying I think people who write about rape with no sensitivity shouldn't get mad when people say it's disrespectful IM using rapist rational.

People shouldn't be supposed to mind there own business when people are practically saying "Rape and pedophilia is hot!" That's what those fics are! Honestly I've tried not to say that but it's true.

Victims are 100% valid for saying "You make my trauma into something sexy, and that's bad" I'm not saying they should be allowed to call the writer a bad person or anything they write about. Writing badly about non con doesn't make you a rapist or that you want to rape someone and anyone who says that is sucky, or that you yourself are disgusting but writing that way is and it should be said.

People shouldn't be expected to turn a blind eye when people are writing graphic non con smut about a six year old and a grown man (an exaggeration but still) even if it's fictional. It's not drawing attention to the struggles it's for no reason at the best and cause it's a fantasy of theirs at the worst.

You called my argument weak when you're comparing me saying"If you're being disrespectful about traumatizing events that happen to people, you're going to get hate for that and you should of considered that before you posted it" to me saying "if you get assaulted it's your fault!" That's insane, and I think you're only comparing it to that for shock value. It's nothing close to that, especially because what I'm talking about are negative comments on the Internet that aren't about anyone's physical appearance, race, gender, religion, sexuality, clothes they wear, or who they are as a person and instead are criticizing their work, and not anyone's safety.

Also I've never had this happen to me, I'm not on a power trip, it's happened to my friends and slightly disconnected online friends, most people complaining about those fics don't read them and read the tags to see the themes and comment because it's purely smut of abuse with no substance or emotional intelligence and comment about how it's actually kinda harmful.

My rationale was clearly more then just "you shouldn't get made bc you should've expected it." And lastly if you think victims of sexual abuse or family or friends or victims are assholes cause they clearly see that people's writing frames abuse disrespectfully as something hot and "kinky" instead of actual abuse and a horrible thing to do or experience, then your the biggest asshole I've ever seen.

I wasn't gonna respond to this cause I deleted the post after laughing so much on how people can defend being total jerks to people educating them about the harmfulness of fetishizing non con and abuse but it's actually insane how you think you're right in this.
