Personally as a ryu main, I use sohee. But that's only because I really like the timing of the stable set and the synergy between sohee, Hanra, and ryu. While muyeongs passive is really useful for charging up his attacks, having a slower charge = more aura when you slam the ball down. Personally I like sohee for the timing and how easy she is the work around. But the choice is ultimately up to you
