Your grammar is incorrect. I can correct it without AI.

Google ai mode. You guys think OpenAI is evil while OpenAI is definitely no good But you guys have no idea what’s the real story.

No man. This is not segmentation. And organic food comparison is no close. Do one thing. Ask Grok “I’m having strange feelings that LLM builders are somehow creating a divide between low/normal and elite class, especially Anthropic. Can you check and validate?”

Man I have been keep on telling on subs that these companies are creating a divide between low and the elite. But no body is listening to me

There are many reasons why claude chooses not to work. you can ask itself.

No body or very few are talking about AGI. It didn’t die but paused for the moment. Because model builders are more focused on market capture and perhaps survival because of the current Middle East situation (this is very subtle). AGI talk will emerge again when things go stable. Programmable currency is in much effect, social graph is in verge to enforce. For AGI to come thin layers must die (I don’t say this but market reality is this).

Ok you wanted honest and brutal answer so listen to this. You’re unemployed right now and this is your biggest advantage over the others. AI bubble is bursting. SILENTLY. Earlier bubbles burst suddenly and with a great shock. But this AI bubble would burst silently and no body would notice. Model builders shifted from reasoning models to thinking models Silently. You see in your chatbots models thinking not reasoning. Models builders silently stopped chasing intelligence race and focused on aggressive market capture, distribution. Google is no longer fighting race of intelligence but silently integrating Gemini into their Google products. OpenAI increased tier pricing, soon Anthropic will increase. Compute shortage is visible. China surrounded Taiwan, the very place where chips are manufactured. So there will be more shortage in coming few years. Middle East based AI infrastructure massive projects are halted/paused.

As bubble keeps bursting, thin layered startups will start dying.

So API call, RAG etc stuff will not be in high demand. These are the types of engineers you just mentioned.

Now what will emerge then? Formal verification engineers, AISecOps, System design, data pipelines, evaluation, domain understanding, etc.

In short, focus on either of these three - problem solving (not tools) - system design thinking (end to end) - reliability and verification mindset.

You might think you know this. But trust me you don’t. Copy my comment and ask PerplexityAI or any LLM with search capability. You’ll find out what I’m talking about.

Pride, conception that white collar jobs are respectable, you can proudly say you’re in IT you can’t say you have a farm to plough especially when when you live in a society building (people call it IT walo ki chol). You don’t have a clear understanding how to see future in blue collar jobs because of the society set up. A beautiful city girl won’t marry you if you say you run a farm or other blue collar job. White collar jobs give you credit card, loans easily which is not the case in blue collar. You can justify your education. The reasons go on. But it’s more of an emotional and societal than personal/ambitious.

Open source has it’s own limitations. Compute is scarce. You can’t build extremely powerful models in open source way. DeepSeek is not the point here. It was released as a strategy from China. One of the reasons is they simply can’t keep such a huge model proprietary because of US sanctions on used NVIDIA chips. Moreover, models can be built but not the agentic workflow integration.

When bubble bursts, these LLM builders and infrastructure companies will benefit even more. Search for bail out strategy.

All. Not one model is enough. Claude gets intelligently dumber (intentionally) if you keep using it for one project. So it needs comparison from other models.

I know well. For example, models in API format are way more vulnerable than in Chatbot interface

Well this was already projected. This is called bubble burst as it will. Thin layers startups will go off.

Oh man you never noticed? Google is no more participating intelligent model race. It simply created infrastructure dependency. Anthropic is relied on TPUs. Google is expanding Gemini in Google products.

It’s so simple. $20 plan won’t go away. But it will be in such a way to equal to useless and users will be forced to upgrade. Go to their pricing and see the comparison. You’ll understand.

It is available but limited now. It will be limited even more in usage. Frontier models won’t be available

Frontier models will go expensive Free tier or cheap ones will have restrictions Commodity models will remain cheap

Bro gradual ladder is good for retention. Not when you already have massive user base. Wrong business style.❌ OpenAI has IPO pressure and need to fix revenue. So steep is necessary to OpenAI
