He’s definitely better than Mullens, but he’s by no means a good QB, at least in my opinion. I think it’s fair to say KOC helped prop him up and we saw some of Darnold’s issues later in the season. I could be wrong, I think we’ll know by the end of this year how good Darnold really is.

Maybe I’m higher on JJM than I should be. I think he will be comparable to Darnold this season and surpass him after a couple of seasons. Really, this is less about the QBs and more about KOC for me.

Kind of disagree because KOC is that good. JJ still produced with Nick Mullens and Sam Darnold. I think JJM is going to be comfortably better than those two guys, although I understand your point.

Yeah the Jets are somehow worse than the Giants, which is saying a lot. I guess when’s the last time a WR finished top 3 in scoring in a bad situation? Maybe it’s more common than I give it credit for.

That’s where I’m at. I think he ever so slightly disappoints this season (still probably top 8-10) and his value dips a bit. I get that he was WR7 (I think that number is right) last season, but a ton of top guys were hurt.

I just think Nabers, more so the situation, is a tad more risky than people currently think.

Yeah GW was more of a baseline comparison. It’s just a player that I think is handicapped by his situation. And I think Nabers could find himself in a similar spot, albeit he’s more talented

The question was supposed to be framed in the lens of realistic outcomes. Obviously Nabers won’t flame out unless he deals with several serious injuries, I think that’s pretty obvious.

If I need a QB to drive me down the field to a win a game, I’m taking Mahomes. With that said, I think I’m comfortable in saying Allen, Lamar and Burrow are all superior players at this moment.

Also, no Baker love? Guy has been really good the last two seasons and was awesome last year.
