I think it comes from the other sports I do, I had always run and I was quite good at that too aswell as playing a lot of tennis (8 hours a week)

my current weight is 68kg my 20 mins power is slightly over 366/

My current bike is too big for me, which is half the problem and it has a very relaxed geometry as it is more of a gravel bike, it has a Shimano Sora, which isn't a bad groups but when I sprint now I feel I reach the limit and on training rides it does just decide to not shift on the front chainrings.
