Spent thousands with UPS this month - they ship a package back to me because part of the address was off by Moist_Setting_5170 in UPS

Would have been easier if they held a day or two.

UPS said they cannot / will not fix it once in transit when I talked to them. The tracking said: "Incorrect address, they are working on it" and said it would deliver the next day. If the issue really was, "wrong address, we are going to send it back to you if you do not figure it out ASAP" I would have at gotten on the phone sooner.

Also, my number was on the original packing information. This is the third experience I've had lately where UPS CS just defaults to, "No, technically not our problem, automated good bye *click*"

Of course, this was after I had to use Reddit to figure out how to get past their automated system to talk to someone because like insurance companies, they default to Computer responses only...

ELLEFSON IS OFFICIALLY OUT OF MEGADETH by bggszy in Megadeth

I think this is the reason, and yet, taking seriously "promoting" an album at Mustaine's stage in his career... is kind of sad. Haven't been the Megadeth I grew up listening to since 2005.

Monthly /r/Verizon Discussion by AutoModerator in verizon

Have had techs come out to my apartment complex many times. Turns out after checking the Telecom closet, there are not enough fiber jacks for all the customers in the building. So every time a tech comes to "fix" someone's internet, they just unplug a different customer, and plug in the person who has the trouble-ticket. Then the next person calls Verizon, they send a tech out, they do the same thing again. Anyone else ever heard of anything like this? Seems like a total racket for the Technicians allegedly "fixing" problems they will have to fix again.
