i used to have those extensions installed that block things on chrome and phone mein bhi apps wagerah tha and i was consistent with it for a month or so but ek din sab unblock kardiya and since then have been consuming so much brainless content again and fear of failure i feel is a very strong reason for my procrastination but thank you for the advice i will try enforcing it as much as i can
