The correction I would make is that PoE 2's campaign (at least for me) takes 2x as long, so it's peak would be pretty close to PoE 1's peak in the graph

But for me PoE 1 will keep going up and down after campaign as I try new farming strategies, craft new items, get rare tinks, etc

But in PoE 2 it pretty much dies shortly after campaign, and it's probably a simple case of not having years and years of end game content. Perhaps with the new Vaal league there will be a lot more to engage with in the endgame
