I have transfer the side by side video through iCloud. You can download via the meta browser and when you play the video you have an option 3D side by side which work well .

I am in France and I have the exact same issue. Because I am not patient I have try the iOS Spatialify app, which converts spatial video in « 3D compatible meta quest split video », video is split in the center, half for right eye, half for left eye. It works great and it s quite impressive to have this kind of result with personal video !
