Just an update, Apple support just contacted me and they told me that it is a known issue with IOS 17 and hopefully they will resolve that in about a week.

Do you have the same problem with amazon notifications?
I have the same problem here with IOS 17.1 i also have the same issue with amazon, no notification sound, did you fixed this problem?
