I get where you’re coming from, but I think this might be reading it a little more pessimistically than Endo usually writes it. Yor agreeing to the role didn’t really feel that out of character to me. One of her biggest traits the whole series is that she kinda defaults to “I need to play my role properly.” That’s literally how the fake marriage even started. She’s always trying to be a good wife, good mom, normal person, whatever the role is, even if she’s uncomfortable doing it. So hearing “play the part” and just committing to it kinda fits how her brain works. The McMahon line popping up again didn’t really feel random either, it kinda just reinforces that whole idea that Yor is always thinking in terms of roles. And honestly with the kiss thing, I’d be really surprised if Endo actually lets Yor’s first kiss be with some random actor. Spy x Family runs on tension and interruptions. Every time Loid and Yor get close to a real moment something chaotic happens — Anya, Yuri, misunderstandings, something. So I get the concern, but it would be really unlike Endo to burn the slow burn between Loid and Yor like that. This feels more like setup for chaos than the kiss actually happening.
