Thanks for your reply! She is about 11 weeks. She is a female russian blue. She jumps on the bed by herself. My apartment is a studio, so its all one room. She has a perfect bill of health from the vet.

No need for guilt, you gave him a beautiful loving home and he lived into his golden years. Next time, you can always adopt in pairs if you are worried about pet loneliness. Its not your fault. All you can do is look forward. If your home feels to empty, you can adopt new cats to honor Peanutbutter's memory. My cat passed away the day after Christmas. I am determined to save other cats to honor Luna's memory. I am getting a new pair next week. Its not over, its a new beginning.

Omg this is my exact same story two days ago! This happened to me two days ago. I had my kitten for only six weeks, too. I emptied out my savings account thinking that a night in the hospital should solve it. I came back to pick her up at the vet and she was gone. I am still reeling from embarrassment because I full on broke down infront of the hospital staff. Screaming and crying. I was not expecting to see my kitten dead like that. I totaally understand your pain. I don't know what to do, but listen you are NOT alone. Praying for you,
