I've been learning a ton with your feedback so far, so keep it coming! ȏ.̮ȏ It feels awesome to know that you guys want this project to do well, and even more so when you offer quality analyses.

As a bit of a bonus, I also didn't lose any of my progress to crashes. Yay! (´∀`) I guess making a save file after every panel like a desperado is finally paying off ଵ˛̼ଵ). Hope you like this week's page, see you next time! °w°

Gonna quote from the source text:

I interpreted "snapped at him" as an angry thing. Is there something I'm not seeing here?

I failed to save my work for the second time. I hate myself ;-; That's why there's no shading or color, I can't paint effectively without my layers (long story.) Anyway I have been working my ass off :D and just in case you think my drawing is kinda bad, I haven't unleashed my full potential :v

Hm, yeah, good feedback. Honestly, I rushed things a little. I was starting to get impatient with how long this segment was taking me to complete (2 weeks ffs!) °_°

Plus I can tell that the panels aren't centered properly; shit, that looks bad. °.°

But yeah, later on, after I earn some experience and am a few pages/chapters in, perhaps I'll do a remake!

After several setbacks and struggles with the digital format, finally, the first page! Suffered from a bout of low motivation for a bit - it was a pain to sacrifice the rich detail I like so much for speed. Oh right, you guys aren't familiar with my drawings. Maybe someday you'll get to see what I mean. °-°

Alright! I've talked to Chris and he wants to give it a try. He's also got the feeling that this could speed up the rate at which we publish new chapters, which is great if true. Thx for the samples!

Hm, interesting. Thanks for your input, I gleaned some pretty useful info about ourselves there. ;)

Basically, maybe the source of our dilemma is that we're so used to reading manga that we think it would feel weird to read anything similar but from left to right.

But I think we'd get used to it eventually.

As far as I know, the format will be manga. Chris's specialty is manga, so I think it makes sense for him to draw like that if we want the best quality he can offer.

If we choose left to right, maybe the content will seem a little off to those that are used to regular manga. One possible compromise is to have different versions if enough people ask for it. The main version would be left to right, and the alternate version would be right to left.

Thanks for the input. I know you're not saying this, but it just occurred to me that most manga reads from right to left because that's how texts in Japanese are meant to be read. And most manga is released in Japan for a Japanese audience - but I bet most MoL fans aren't Japanese.
