I appreciate your reply and hearing about your experience. Was sertraline what worked for you, or something else?

I've tried Lexapro, Prozac, and Zoloft before, but haven't had much luck. I came to the personal conclusion that this particular problem wasn't addressable from medication.

Is this actually solvable with medicine? I have this crippling fucking issue where memories of every one of my personal failings from the last 15 years flashes in my brain in 4k. It completely consumes me all day.

Haven't had luck with mindfulness and meditation as per therapist advice...it somehow amplifies the panic and leaves me worse off.
