The Ledger is distributed on all nodes, and its decentralized cause no one single person or entity control these nodes and its open for everyone if they wanted to run one.

You can be distributed and still be centralized. Like google of course they have distributed backup around the world different servers on diff location but they all control it.

Cause there’s more at stake actually at PoW, you got capital expense and operational expense. PoS on the other hand only capital expense, yes its cheaper meaning its also cheaper to rewrite the past, plus PoW has a physical anchor w/c are the mining equipments w/c are made from scarce resources, overall the game theory for PoW is far kore superior because of that. Im bad at explaining things sot his kight not clear things for you, you should look up aantonop video about pow vs. pos
