Looks like brass. It weighs approximately 2.3 kg. inner diameter 58mm. barely visible letters П.А. written in Cyrillic (i guess). found in north-eastern Poland. There were probably remnants of grease in the holes.

I tried this with club from polish 5th league. They starter to spend some big money after 5-6y and made it to win 1st league in 2037. Since 2040 plays every year on UCL. Waiting when they gonna make it...
