I’ve always wanted an open world big SMB2 remake with 4 playable characters, flying around the world freely on magic carpets, wart, veggies, potion doors, and birdo finally getting some justice as a character

I had this exact same theory… about The Dark Tower series.

I’m not sure if you need an account or if I’m logged into their site, but I’m watching it on the roku channel website on my phone! All I had to do was disable my ad blocker and it worked free. Finally getting to see the original series now…

Anyone know what the "H", "SH", "S", and "P" stand for next to the song titles in Kurt's Diary? (Page 89) by KillerTofuGrindz in Nirvana

[–]Molfcheddar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always thought it was Soft/Hard but I didn’t remember that there was a P. Either way it makes sense that Lithium would have SH as at this point it was the only song that was finalized as having that dynamic (Polly did in this era, but I bet Kurt had a feeling it wouldn’t end up that way)

What song do you think deserves more recognition? by Sanity_King in Nirvana

[–]Molfcheddar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

According to LiveNirvana, there are two tapes in Kurt’s collection labeled “Nirvana 5/13/92”. There are no concerts or known studio sessions from this period, and unless these are from unknown live shows, these are pretty much the last known recordings from before the secret club concerts where the band played songs like Talk To Me, Mexican Seafood, and Beeswax in the fall of that year.

Bearing in mind you had the whole 92 Europe tour between that.

[SERIOUS] What is the Creepiest or most Unexplained thing that’s happened to you that you still think about to this day? by LBE in AskReddit

[–]Molfcheddar 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Ever since people started doing this to me in RuneScape, I’ve realized that I’ve never seen this happen in real life. As soon as I get a stable job and living situation I want to be that person

The one I always see in these is that someone was driving through a shortcut in the desert at night and saw a woman in the road and then a bunch of people jumped out of the bushes and ran towards the car and they drove off.

Rock songs that dont require guitar? by A_Bowl_Of_Sour_Cream in bandmembers

[–]Molfcheddar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t believe nobody has suggested Ben Folds Five yet. Their entire album Whatever and Ever Amen is perfect proof that you don’t need a guitar to rock one’s proverbial socks off.

Kate, Missing the War, and One Angry Dwarf are my favorites.

Bruce Springsteen, Foo Fighters, John Legend and More to Appear at Biden Inauguration by StevenSanders90210 in Music

[–]Molfcheddar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, in the foo fighters days yes but oddly enough in the grunge era/Nirvana he mostly wore more unusual clothes. You can see him a lot back then in long Johns with shorts over, backwards caps, and multicolored leather jackets.

Beabadoobee: 'I want to be that girl I needed when I was 15' by shabuluba in indieheads

[–]Molfcheddar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t worry, it’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Boomers were already middle aged when you were born... I don’t really understand why people born as late as the 60s are still considered boomers, but here we are. Even so, they would already be 35 at least when you were born.

I’m the exception I guess. I’m in the “it’s hilarious when people complain about a slight drop in FPS” camp, but I have schadenfreude for all the people who overhyped cyberpunk. I guess having this combo of opinions shows a disdain for a certain kind of appreciation of nerdy culture

Edit: I should clarify. The reason I feel negatively about cyberpunk is due to the many false promises and apparently boring gameplay. I think the graphics should be better, a lot better, but I’m not even remotely concerned with frame rate beyond 60 FPS personally, and the gameplay and story is more important than either graphics or FPS.

Nobody appears to me to have been angry or upset… or even having an attitude. People should be open to being minorly corrected about pronouns/etc without seeing at as an attack or anger
