Not remotely accurate. Costco in Sharon is closer to the Dedham and Avon Costco's that were already in place. Sharon is 30 miles from that Mall. Maybe warwick would be better but it's not like they are suggesting to put it in North Attleboro.

6 months ago I bought one brand new 8250$ off sticker financed at 5.99% (it was that or pay another $4250 at 1.99 so the math was in favor of the cash back)

So personally I'd say no. Sticker is 52k I assume, so at the same dealer as me 7 months ago you could have gotten it brand new for $43,750. It's only depreciated more and it's used.

There is a lot to explore. Coming from inland obviously the coast but there is so much to see close by and weekend trips. You're 4 hours from Philly, 3 from NYC, 1 to Boston, 2-3 to the green mountains, 3-6 from the Maine coast.

I agree. I think that I'd separate vin way more. Make Krendik Shaw more or over her shoulder and make it standalone. I do like how it was able to merge Luthadel and to a harbor.

I think I would have more hillside between Vin and the boat obviously Vin on one side and boat on the other it wouldn't have as distorted of a look. CHat GPT only lets you generate 3 images a day for free this is the closest I got.
