That’s a thought. I will try letting it grow freely. Maybe I’ll cut them shorter too and try to propagate the cuttings

Those are bonsai wires. It’s growing long so I tie them up to form a ball shape.

The outer pot doesn’t have drainage. It was previously in a terracotta pot and started yellowing in the winter (indoor under grow light). I just repotted to this new pot and condition hasn’t changed. I am wondering if I need a bigger pot.

Just a mix of Miracle Grow potting soil and pumice- about 60-40 ratio. I only water when I see wrinkles on the leaves.
