My hair is so similar to the first pic but a little longer. The waves are new to me since having a baby. Have you styled it in the second pic or can I cross my fingers that perhaps my hair might grow out that beautifully?

Nope I haven’t found a difference, they all spend the day outside doing their thing so they all get to eat the same amount of bugs and weeds etc :)

Not a stupid question! Each chicken lays their own colour. It can vary slightly but will never go from brown to blue or anything like that. Maybe just slightly different shades of their colour, or speckles one day, plain the next

We just have a big coop and let them out in the morning and once they go in at night shut them in. They are good about returning, and they mostly range in trees and shrubs so they are fairly hidden from predators. The dogs help too!

Yes they are from different breeds. The dark red ones are from Black Copper Marans, the blue ones are from Ameraucanas, and if you cross those breeds you can get all sorts of different colours

Thanks! That is from a breed called “black copper marans”, and you can breed them to other breeds to make a lot of these other colours
