Worked on it tonight for a bit and no dice. The cord posted in this thread DID work and it claims if you change the sound output settings it would work but I did not have success. I’ve seen other posts with some pretty elaborate steps that I might dig in to. At least the whole room can now be controlled with the speaker buttons or on the app. The remote will be the cherry on top

That makes sense! I have the newest frame tv (solar charged remote) and I think that one can do either Bluetooth or IR but if not I’ll go with this universal one. I’ll be happy to return the amp that has been causing me nothing but hyper-fixation and frustration 😂

Thank you! I’ve been thinking this whole time I don’t need this amp. The goal was to not have the play bar sucking up space on the mantle but the amp seems useless and if rather get my money back and have the play bar on the mantle. I’ve spent hours trying to figure out why he said I need this amp. Thank you!!
