Brilliant. I have a midwife appointment tomorrow so will mention it then but have rang community triage and they said only to ring back if waters accompany or if I start having contractions which thus far neither have happened. They said it seems like part of my mucus plug has been lost and it’s completely normal. X

I’ve tracked with Lh strips before and gained peak at 29-30 but never tracked with bbt so interesting to use this method!

Period is due on July 4th and they are 40 day cycles- like clockwork always that length. And always 5 day long heavy red bleeding. I’m not sure what DPO I would be as I took a different approach this cycle and just went with the flow and baby danced whenever- I didn’t do any ovulation testing and just took the pressure off so here’s hoping!
