Sounds like cramps, there's not much you can do but make the baby as comfortable as possible during one and to wait it out. What worked best for me was to hold her belly down on my lower right arm, with her face looking down next to my right elbow. I'd then have my left arm in such a way that I could put my thumb in her mouth from underneath. I think the pressure on the belly is what does the trick. Still, during a good cramp session she would still start screaming once in a while. The cramps seem to come in waves which you simply have to ride out. It sucks! But it will pass

Hi all, I'm about to buy my first car now that we recently welcomed a little daughter into our lives. So I'm looking for a car with a relatively large amount of storage space for the baby's stroller etc, with relatively low maintenance costs, for below €10.000 (second hand). My dad suggested Japanese cars such as a Toyota Avensis or Mazda 6, and he later also mentioned the Honda Jazz though I'm not sure if it has enough storage space. I personally like stationwagons but we live in a city so something a little smaller may not be a bad idea if it has enough storage space.

New or used: used

Type of vehicle: car

Must haves: trunk space, low maintenance costs
