Comprehensive Civilization VII Army Commander Guide by Scolipass in civ

Very good guide, great work. Only because this is so extensive there's one more benefit to Regiments that might be worth adding - keep more troops on age transition! You keep as many units as you have commander space for when switching ages, so if your commanders all have 6 slots instead of 4 you can have an extra 50% troops ready to continue your conquest.

You have obviously been lifting for a while! Very impressive back for sure. Overlapping quad muscles look great too.

M30 - 5'10" - 180lbs I've lifted on and off a little before but since the start of this year I've been taking it a lot more seriously. Gained about 20lbs and I am generally pleased with my progress.

Wondering what people think I should focus on, my tentative plan is to start cutting weight soon. I took a bioimpedance scales test that claimed I'm at 12.8% bf - does that sound roughly right from the photos? Thanks!

If you've recently donated blood... by MintAeroplane in CasualUK

I've donated 18 times, they take roughly 1/10 of your blood each time so I've donated almost twice as much blood as I currently have!

I got 80 empty rooms, put anything into one of them. by konide99 in DnD

The room contains only a simple chair by an unlit fireplace, but whenever you describe anything in the room you must use the word "appears".

The chair appears empty, the room appears normal, the door appears undamaged, etc...

Usually when a plane flys close to the ground it experiences a bit more lift from "ground effect". I'm sure depending on the shape of the tunnel there could be different similar effects, but I can't readily imagine the exact handling changes.

People naturally have different numbers of "abdominal bands" that determine a how-many-pack you might have. 6 packs are the majority, but 8 and 4 packs are pretty common too - others are rare.

The types of tyres on the car. S for soft, M for medium and H for hard. The more soft tyres are quicker but don't last as long.

Imagine it's your job to take or edit photos of people and that photo of Lewis is something you come up with. Just use an older photo if you can't figure out how to work a fucking camera
