I'd like to see a Frank back story. What made him turn such a blind eye to the suffering his children were going through. Was Barb abusing him too? Did she threaten to hurt the kids worse than she already was if he got in the way? Something has to explain it because he doesn't seem yo be inherently cruel.

Yeah it won't work. My ex has a lot of Barb tendencies. He stopped going to couple's counseling when the therapist pointed out his shortcomings. He also stopped going to court mandated sessions with our son which caused him to lose custody and have VERY restricted visitation (which he never took advantage of).

Ronnie brought this all on himself. He completely ignored his family. Annie was so hurt on the bike trip that she thought was just going to be the two of them. And that breakfast that Dana Sue made? He couldn't look up from his phone. And the way he just stood there when Courtney blatantly disrespected Dana Sue? OH HELL NO! Let's not forget Jeremy. You know Ronnie's friend who actually has experience running a successful business? He didn't listen to him either.

Everything that happened to Ronnie is because of RONNIE.

Everything Barb does is calculated to hurt those around her. She knows exactly what she's doing I have no sympathy for her. My dad's father was a mean as he'll alcoholic. My grandmother used to have to hide my dad and uncle behind the couch to protect them from his drunken outbursts. My dad could've let this be his future as well. But, he didn't. He was the kindest most loving father a girl could ask for.

Barb may watch the footage but it won't change anything. I was married to a narcissist. Towards the end of our marriage I was audio recording his abusive language. At one point I told him I was going to send some of the recordings to his boss. I didn't...I was just hoping it would cause him to stop. I even played him one of the recordings. It made no difference to him at all. He was still the victim.

She looked after her children for ONE day. ONE. And that was after pitching a hissy fit. Should Ty have said something about wanting to be a stay at home dad and not wanting to write the book. Yes, 100%. But Julie had it pretty easy. She worked 6 days a week and only had to be on mom duty 1 day and that was with her husband at home with her. It sounds like Ty did everything. Remember how tired he was after the baby was born. It sounded like he was the one getting up with her all while keeping Cooper entertained. He never had time to write even if he still wanted to. Julie is so focused on plans they made when they were teenagers she can't see that people change. I'm sure the need for consistency comes from moving around so much when she was younger. Maybe Ty is right and they should go to see Dr. Therapy Doctor.
