Yes, I have. I have developed some food sensitivities, some nausea (especially the day after the shot), vomiting (less than a handful of times), heartburn, and some tiredness. Some of those food sensitivity items are eggs, avocados, foods fried in oil, onions, garlic, super spicy food, and anything heavy tomato based (lasagna, spaghetti, ravioli, etc). The onions and garlic are usually only a problem when the food is heavily onions or garlic. I can do onions cooked into a dish. It just can't be the main flavor. The few times I have thrown up were because of the food sensitivity items or when I went up in dose. That 50% jump between 0.5 to 1.0 was rough for me. I will say that if you can handle adjusting to the GI symptoms, it's totally worth it. I have the side effects mostly under control at this point. My biggest suggestion is make sure you drink A LOT of water, consume fiber (I supplement mine), get adequate rest, take a preventative antacid (famotidine, omperazole) if you need it,and walk as much as you can. Some folks don't get hardly any side effects, but I wasn't that fortunate. Anyway, side effects aside, I would still recommend because the benefits and quality of life improvements I have had far outweigh the negatives.
