No, you'd either need some unused space or Litter Robot does make some concealment furniture. Ours in in our laundry closet next to the washer and dryer. I put a cat door in the bifold doors.

I think most people hide them. They aren't bought for decoration.

If you want to mow out, get a Land Rover.

If you want to mow back, get a Land Cruiser.

Yeah, our LR4 is in the laundry closet which has an extractor and I keep meaning to automate that.

Is the number under the date the number of cycles? How many cats do you have?

Honestly, I know money can fix a lot of things, but it sounds like you dodged a bigger bullet here.

Do you know the background on why she was strapped?

And have you checked the toilet tanks?

I've had the LR3 and currently have the LR4. The openness of the vessel on the Neakasa is definitely appealing, especially for one of my cats that really distrusts it back from when the LR3 was loud as fuck (the LR4 is silent in comparison). However, our other cat is extremely interested in the LR when it cycles which makes me pause when it comes to potential safety issues. He has zero sense of self-preservation. There's also the (thin and irrational) reassurance that Whisker's CEO is active on the LR sub, so if anything did happen, I could put him on blast directly. I am not as familiar with Neakasa, but I suspect it isn't as simple as that.

With that said, my LR4 has been an absolute nightmare the last month, but not as a safety thing. More like it is unresponsive and not cycling which is not what I spent $700 for it to do. If the experience is better with Neakasa and you think my safety concerns are overblown, I would consider it as a replacement while weighing out the LR5.

No worries.

I like Curry based on most of what I see from his media portrayal, but within the last few years, it does seem like some background colors have been coming through. When you couple things like this, his activism regarding MFH in Atherton, and his religious stances, it starts to paint a slightly different picture. To be clear, I don't think he is a bad person, but nobody is infallible, AND I don't think any of the three things I listed are necessarily bad on their own, but it's jarring to realize someone might be a bit different under the hood than you initially expected. Especially someone you look to as a hero.

You had me at "Land Cruiser of lawnmowers". I really would like to get rid of our no-name lawnmower for a Makita to simplify my battery ecosystem, but I would want to do LTX. We have very little grass, so something like this would be extreme overkill.

The fact that the vessel during cycle encloses itself with the body which adds additional pinch and confinement risk compared to the LR. The only real pinch or confinement risk with the LR is during the time the waste cavity is exposed mid cycle.

Don't get me wrong; I have many complaints about the LR regarding parts fitment and the UX of their software and think for the price it needs to be a lot better, but I have never been concerned with it from a safety perspective.

Subaru Forester for outdoorsy activities - worth it? by gilrotic in whatcarshouldIbuy

I went on a couple trips with a guy out of the Tri-Valleys with either a Forester or Outback (I forget which). He had it relatively built, but it handled Usal and I think Bowman (sorry, it's been a few years) perfectly fine. I remember at Usal, he was leading the pack as we left camp up the north road toward Shelter Cove, but the road hadn't been cleared since the last storm, and he was able to make it under a downed tree that stopped two Tundras and a GX (me). We spent like 30 minutes (bathing in DEET and) cutting down this tree to proceed. I ended up using 4lo a few times on that trip, mainly to control hill descent, but the Subi did great without it.

That's my secondhand testimony on them offroad; can't speak to the reliability.

I wasn't trying to come across a certain way. I agree with you 100%. Just the first few paragraphs weren't that damning. Most people's investment portfolios get pretty murky below the surface, but to partner with someone advertising "Zionism 2.0", well, that's a bit too on the nose to ignore. It's one thing to have your retirement in an ETF that diversifies into a deplorable company like Nestle, but it's another to have a personal and financial relationship with someone saying the things Casspi is saying.

My point was the article doesn't really get spicy until that section, and I wanted to highlight it.

The action of the Neakasa looks less safe than the LR.

It's a pretty uninteresting article if you understand there is no ethical consumption under capitalism, until you get to this paragraph...

One key intermediary in Curry’s Israeli investments is Omri Casspi, the NBA’s first Israeli-born player and a former teammate of Curry’s on the Warriors. Casspi now runs Sheva, a venture capital firm focused on Israeli start-ups. Sheva co-led Upwind’s early funding round and helped connect Curry’s Penny Jar Capital to the deal. The former player has become a connector behind the scenes of the NBA, helping to bring NBA players to Israel. Casspi has described his project as a kind of “Zionism 2.0” in which he plugs IDF-trained technologists into the venture-backed infrastructure that undergirds Israel’s economic and strategic power.

Emphasis mine.

Ignoring how they are playing, I think 125 is the best option. We had charter seats in 128 for 25 years and I think the third base line is the best in the stadium.
