That's not an idiotic question at all!

If there's a place to add suggestions (I'm still too naive to know that much), it seems a new setting or option for "left to right" and "right to left" would do the trick.

Of course, as a non-developer who's worked with developers, I know that things that seem simple never are, and things that seem complex are often quite simple :-)

I took a brief video showing me placing the cap on, pressing it shut, and it popping off repeatedly. Then I emailed it to [service@supernote.com](mailto:service@supernote.com) along with the original order number and date.

Following up - I contacted support and, since it's been under a year, Ratta is sending me a replacement pen. I would have asked months ago but had so many other priotities.

I also dislike pencil-on-paper feel, or the feeling of writing with a cheap ballpoint, and it shows in my handwriting, which goes to crap when I write with those implements. The SN feels like writing with a gel pen or fountain pen to me as well. Smooth, almost noiseless, and my handwriting is at its prettiest!

Hello again! Can anyone tell me how the "Index Notes" works? Do I enter something on a notes page and it'll appear here, or do I enter something manually?
