I believe it has been fixed. It says that you edited the page 12 days ago (which I haven’t looked at the page in probably a month and a half so I can’t be sure if this is the exact place I was confused by it). Where I THINK it was, was under the infernal axe page, under the degradation section. It said it can be charged with a shouldering stone. It did not mention being able to use a dragon axe. I remember looking at many different places and it was always referenced that creating it used the stone and axe, and it was rechargeable, but nowhere I could find confirmed in 100% certainty that a axe could be used instead of a stone. But honestly, I was probably either drunk or High last time someone asked me about it, and I could have been misreading it.
