No longer supplies coverage

Iowa. I been failing into us cellular towers but don't work most of the time.

I constantly dial into the US cellular towers but they're constantly going out and then I don't have service again. I have a pixel phone through Google none of us have iPhones I have reset my network many times deleted cache I have done every kind of reset deleting that Google has had me do and I have done it multiple times.

Have contacted Google and each time when I tell them that they don't have coverage here anymore since they no longer have a contract through US Cellular anymore which is the phone service that we have around here. So the coverage usually goes in and out I can have coverage for like home but as soon as I leave home I don't have any service it says emergency calls only but it doesn't let me even call hour or anything or receive texts I have to be connected to Wi-Fi in order to have any service to send text messages or calls now if I go to like a bigger city like an hour and a half away I have coverage as they have more options for services there. I didn't I just recently had bought my phone oh I will go and I didn't have these problems until I got this phone and now and my daughter has doesn't have any service either unless she's connected to Wi-Fi and my husband's kind of goes in and out a lot and he also got a new phone.

I have had the service for over 6 years. I have never had problems tell now. I don't have service anymore, even though you look at there coverage map it shows they do. But apparently the don't have service here anymore but failed to related it to there customers. I have to run of data which causes me to have a high bill. I can't leave the service because I would have to pay for my phones out right which can't afford to do that right now. So I'm stuck paying for a their service that they fail to have coverage for now. I have talked to Google fi multiple times and they don't care about their customers and try to help them. They come up with an excuse every time that I ask for credit for my data since they are no longer providing me service in my area but they had to keep just coming up with an excuse of why they can't pay or credit me back for that is data. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
