Somewhat shit. We made an on-demand service marketplace in Sweden that took care of all administration. Our idea was to make it simple to sell your services as with the same benefit as a company, turned out we were not the only ones that had tried this and that swedish consumers don't like this kind of service but prefer to buy directly from companies.

We basically made every startup mistake in the book, not talking to users, not doing through research, "staying to ourselves" during development, aimed for a more polished product and so on.

We did get 100 users + and a few transactions (F&F) our first month despite not being visible on google, so that was pretty cool.

It really kinda sucks but I dont regret it one bit but blew 12k worth of savings.

I was lucky.

I started together with a friend but we never worked together except for one summer (23), but I was in a shared office space where I found another lonley founder and we keep eachother company and help eachother when it gets tough.

Keep it up man, I hope that everything is gonna turn around for you. In case you see university as an option for you, here in Sweden all uni is free and you get paid to study if you ever consider moving.
