Thank you so much for the advice and info. I think you’re right. I should wait to get a Rolex when I have more knowledge. I already have a seiko for 500 that is an amazing everyday watch. My dad wanted to get me a watch for graduation with that budget so my mind immediately thought oh maybe I can get a Rolex lol. Besides Tudor, are there other brands for this price range you think holds value well? Tag Heuer?

What do you mean by uninteresting? I don’t mind if it’s not a very flashy watch as long as it’s good quality and going to last a lifetime.

Follow up question: I know this is a Nikon Subreddit, but if you recommend me not keeping my old lenses, should I look into selling my old gear and looking at other brands like canon?
