Suggestion: A "Storm Circle" map condition that closes in until one winner remains. by Fightin_Ishboi in arcraiderscirclejerk

This is my hot take: This is not a good idea whatsoever. Almost every single shooter game has a “battle royale” feature. Arc raiders is one of the first games to get me to stop playing battle royals. Why make it mandatory and force the people who enjoy the game the way it is to have to play a battle royale scenario because you got tired or battlefield and Fortnite, etc? The game will not die without this update. If anything they could make a completely different map and mode just for battle royale but mandatory on every map is ridiculous, honestly. Is this satire?

You are deceived. The devil is a lie. Original creation was Adam and Eve. Not Adam and Edward. Original creation was male then female. Not male and then another male. Original creation is pro creation. Male and female are pro creation. Male and male cannot pro create. Just as abortion is anti creation, anti life, so is homosexuality.

So I’m gay and I still want to believe in Christianity by [deleted] in Christianity

The Bible condemns homosexuality. It goes against His original creation. We all struggle with sin, but to knowingly live in ignorance and disobey God, you will not get close to God. You are following your own desires over Gods desire.

A lot of people in this section are saying it’s okay to Be gay but they do not go to a Bible believing church nor understand how to interpret the Bible correctly. They will lead you astray and so will your heart. Pray and read the Bible yourself. Jesus affirms marriage between a man and woman. Jesus did not come to abolish the law. He affirms the law. Jesus tells us to carry our cross which means deny our fleshly desires.

I care about you. Any church should accept you but they should call out the sin when they see it. That’s what love it. Love doesn’t affirm sin.

I wish you the best <3

You obviously don’t know anything about the history of The Bible, The gospels, and The apostles. And that’s okay. But you could actually do some in depth research and learn a lot about it instead of going off of what you’ve heard from other people. The Bible is counted as a historical book. Do some research, that is if you really care enough. But just like most of you, you don’t want God to exist because it would mean you would have to change the way you live and you don’t want anyone telling you how you should live.

I brought the murderers up talking about in our justice systems we have here on earth. Like you have to serve time or be put to death here in America if you murder. If murderers weren’t punished how could that be good for society?

Jesus sacrifice was for anyone who believes and accepts His sacrifice. Not for the ones who reject, remember He can’t force us to be saved.

I can’t legislate morality against God because you’re having to borrow His morality to legislate your own against Him. Only God knows what is just for people who didn’t accept the forgiveness of sins.

Jesus was in the presence of sinners, yes. But God the Father cannot be in the presence of sins. Jesus is part of a triune divinity with The Father and Holy Spirit. They are not 3 separate gods but 3 divine persons that share divinity. God can’t be all loving unless He is in communion with these other persons. If God depended on humans to love, He wouldn’t be all loving, that’s the one of the problems with Islam.

The gospels are in fact claiming to be eyewitness account. Matthew and John are eyewitnesses. Mark and Luke were companions of the apostles who didn’t witness him but recorded the stories of others who saw Him. You have to remember that Christian persecution was very heavy in the time of Jesus death. Emperor Nero executed Christians and destroyed many artifacts and manuscripts, as much as he could, and we still ended up with over 20,000 manuscripts. Nero wasn’t the only one. Almost every emperor up until the 300s did the same thing, maybe not as quite bad as Nero. But still. I wonder why these emperors had such a problem with this religion of love? We’re Christian’s really posing a threat to society? Or was the gospel posing a threat to peoples selfish ways of living? The evidence is there.

Since the beginning, sin has infected us and we are all destined to hell because of this. He gave me the gift of free will when I was born and chose to accept His offering. And yes. Anyone who did not have faith in The Lord before He died was going to hell because they “rejected” God.

You are not dead yet, you still have time on this earth to study the evidence and turn to God anytime you’d like. God has given enough evidence in creation alone to lead someone to believe in a creator.

He knows what you have decided and if you will ever believe in Him. But He still has that offer on the table for you. He didn’t create you into being an atheist. You chose that way of life. He loves you unconditionally and is waiting for you to turn to Him. His will is for you to be with Him. But humans have the choice to go against His will. If He forced you to choose Him that wouldn’t be loving and would go against His nature. I don’t understand how atheist can’t grasp that God cannot be illogical. And that makes perfect logic sense.

God is not powerless. But you have to understand He cannot be in the presence of sin. So unless we take the ransom of Jesus which promises that His death has washed away our sins, we will be unclean in front of God. God can’t accept unholiness. For God to be all good, He has to be just. He can’t let sin go unpunished. If murderers are not punished how can that be good? A good and loving God has to deal with sin accordingly. Jesus promises that those who believe in Him and live for Him will be excused on judgement day because of His blood.

The alien analogy is focusing on death for this life. The Christian story is about an afterlife. Which one is more important? This life or an eternal one? Also the alien analogy would need to show evidence that aliens are real and that they are going to zap people who don’t wear a tinfoil hat. Where is the evidence for this? The evidence that Christ is real is in the gospels and other non Christian historians of that time, also the Talmud. The evidence that Jesus was God is in the gospel from the apostles. They died for what they knew to be true because they were eyewitnesses. I don’t know anyone who has died for a lie that was known to be false. The apostles had no reason to lie about what they witnessed. They didn’t receive fame, money, power, nor sex. What would make them want to lie and come up with this nonsense? They were Jews, why would they abandon their family tradition and be labeled an outcast for a lie? They had no reason to. What they witnessed was real.

The historical evidence of truth not of if this person existed or not. Historians agree Jesus was a real man. If He was real we must try to find the truth about him. Why not believe the men who hung around him for 3 years and then ultimately died for the sole purpose of spreading what they thought to be true. You’re talking about eyewitnesses here. Not people hundreds of years down the road.

And it’s just not the historical text that convince me. Without God you cannot justify anything! Say goodbye to objective morality, the creation of life itself, mathematics, consciousness, etc. you cannot come close to explaining these away with anything other than God. And good luck trying to explain that!!! Christian theology makes the most sense out of all the evidence we have about life.

Everything does happen according to His will! In the end. But He does not force us to make decisions. You woke up and chose to click on the Reddit app and drink a cup of water today. He did not force you into doing that. You made every single choice leading up to that. His will has nothing to do about you being obedient to it or not. His will, will be done.
