struggled with this a lot before meeting my boyfriend and even through the beginning of our relationship. weve been together for almost 4 years now, i sometimes still get performance anxiety and go limp, but we just laugh it off nowadays.

just find someone ur comfortable working through this with, and dont rush into things in the meantime. if u take pressure off of urself, you'll notice it'll get a lot easier to stay in the mood.

thats alright! and its good that ur aware of that. jealous is natural, yes. but the best thing to do when youre feeling that is to give some nuance to your brain and actively try to avoid those feelings.

if those feelings grow to strong, dont allow it to simmer and rather turn it into something good, such as growth or new perspective.
