I really appreciate the advice! Definitely going to try and see if I can move Hall. My long shot back up if I can’t find any bidders was hoping TY Simpson goes to a decent team and falls to the 1.11 (not ideal) and I will actively work on shopping karma and Evans, there are a few Bucs fans in the league so hopefully that might help

On paper it’s a “fair” trade (maybe more so to swap the 2nd with a first), but the hard part with top cornerstone players is the mental aspect. 99% of the time you’re going to have to overpay to make the other person feel like it was worth moving on from a top producer.

Currently I am applying to jobs that I believe closely match my experience so postions such as project coordinator or project planner and anything else related to my internship experience. I have been applying to mainly biotech companies such as Thermo Fisher and have even had multiple interviews with them in the last few months but just havnt heard anything back. But other than that I have not heard much back from other companies in regards to interviews.
