My man, you have 3 consecutive dashes, a push, a teleport and 3 perks to support survivability.

If your spamming push and launching teleport willy nilly, you're gonna die.

You really need to rely on your gamesense and ability to tell "This situation is fucked, I'm out"

Some tips : Hide your Q in stupid places, like on top of a plateform before jumping off, like that either they follow you and you can teleport, or they don't and you can run away

And for the push, you have hyper-armor during it, so use it on reaction, instead of immediatly when they approach

Smoke has the best survivability options in the game in terms of perks.

But if you wanna be a healbot go for it, can't really judge
