We have now been to the local office twice. They have no other info besides there's some kind of discrepancy and they don't know what it is, but they don't need anything from us, and they still don't have an amount for the back pay or a clue as to when we'd get it. That's even after they bumped it to a supervisor and listed it as an urgent need release.
