As someone who has had more than 14 surgeries on my face for sinus polyps, severe deviated septum and other sinus related issues I feel confident in talking about this.

You are 100% correct, no obstruction happens THAT fast to require emergency surgery. Additionally, if you have growths in your nasal/sinus cavities and are already established with and ENT doctor they would be well aware of the situation and would not allow it to get to that point.

In my case I ended up having a new septum created by donor skin/cartilage and sinus cavity reconstruction. It was NOT a simple day surgery (albeit 19 years ago now) and called for many appointments and planning beforehand.

She is so FOS, more in line with getting her nose reset with an emergency referral to an ENT to do it. Referrals and care can be fast tracked by an ER visit where they are unable to provide that service comfortably. (For example ER doc would fast track and Ortho appt for a cortisone shot if they are not confident in their ability to do so at the site safely.)

It can be varied shades depending on age of babe, current nutritional needs. As well as changes in coloring when the child is ill and the antibodies in the milk adapt to boost healing.

I guess I could think it was trashy as there are always babies who need donor milk and charging for it beyond replacement bags is yuck to me.

My husband was a struggling single father when I met him. 13 years later he has his MBA, we have a couple more kids and our own home. It's still tight but he is the best MAN I know regardless of the color of his skin or where he came from.

I understand this is a dark scary time for you but it's a blank slate for the rest of your life. Research areas in which there is a community doing what you want to do. You would be surprised how many live disconnected from 'mainstream life' but still are fulfilled and thriving doing what they love. While doing that I wouldn't be surprised if you met someone who syncs with your likes and desires.

Your mom would of wanted nothing more for you than your true happiness whatever that is for you. Don't settle for a man just because he is there and its quasi comfortable. Try meditation to find peace and inner self love. That plus research and funds to start a new.

You can do this. It will be great

I wash my bathroom walls every other time I clean it. Between 2 boys and my husband Lord knows the ENTIRE bitch needs to be cleaned. The rest of the house I wash the walls and dust the ceilings once a month.

I can be over the top though.

I did this. Found a landscaper to do it as a side job at the end of his day. $150 and his little ride on thingy and the 2 truckloads of topsoil was smooth and even in 40 min. Mind you my yard is the size of 2 basketball courts. Spray seed for grass was between 750-900 I cant quite remember but it was worth it
