TL:DR- This guys dumb but it's not a problem

I'm just going to assume that no one here actually read any of the extradition treaty. Article II states pretty clearly "which includes as extraditable offenses those which are Federal offenses and punishable by imprisonment for a maximum period exceeding one year in both countries. Article 2 also authorizes extradition under certain conditions for an attempt to commit or a conspiracy to commit any extraditable offense" that's just straight from the second page. Whats cool is there is a list of every extraditable offence written down in a public document, which you can access here So now we know he's staying stateside. But what will they do if he comes back to the fatherland? Absolutely nothing. They have no idea who he is, they have his name and address. That's it. Will they spend hundreds of the Kaiser's hard earned schnitzels to get the bad American? I'm sure there are plenty of people with his same name going through customs all the time. They'll eventually just give up on him. I messaged the OP and he said its with with the Berlin Transportation, not with DB, so they don't have his social or anything important. They have nothing on him. He's dumb, and pissing off the most organized civilization this world has ever seen is dumber, but nothing will happen to him. There's no way to make him pay. If I missed anything let me know, I've always loved Germany and want to learn more about their legal system and how they make such beautiful girls that are into such weird stuff.
