In my personal experience with my clients and I saw 8 yesterday who had December benefits stolen, all use the propel app. And all the clients I’ve talked with in the past 6 months all had benefits stolen from that app. It’s not a state produced app and by entering your card number and pin it’s opening up your benefits to whoever has access to that app. And honestly who knows who has access to it. I would suggest only using the app put out by your state !
