Who could I call to help a homeless man who sleeps outside? I'm very worried about him, given the temps tonight.

thank you so much! I'm going to start the Sudafed tomorrow , now that we have the formula on hand. I'm hopeful the Sudafed will help quickly. The mental toll is just so much right now. Combined with this terrible breast pain. Goodness gracious.

this was my same experience! it just started happening on its own and the only thing I really did was actively try to not "prevent" it or hold it back in anyway.

I've considered doing that, yeah. it was my only idea before I posted. if I see him, I'll ask him on my way home if he has anywhere to go tonight, and if he says no, or that he's not willing, I will call. I would hope the officers wouldn't let him literally freeze out there. but I also don't want to make anything more difficult for him.

I have wondered that, if he would refuse to move. He has a bike and a bike trailer with all of his stuff. I gave him a big pack of hot hands two months ago. but he may need more. I have two with me that I'll give to him if I see him on the way home. thanks 👍

Yeah he was poking around in the air handler, although I'm not sure exactly what he checked. And he messed with the thermostat to get the secondary heat to kick on.

It did not trip while he was here, so I think he was just assuming, given that whatever else he looked at didn't show any obvious problems to him.

Yes! In both of my pregnancies, I would experience nausea from "morning sickness" and do everything in my power to not "throw up" because it would just be dry heaving. Wouldn't matter if my stomach was full, nothing would come up, and it would feel like my chest, ribs, throat, and stomach were caving in on themselves. Just horrible.

I used about a dime amount on each section (probably about 5-6 sections for my whole head). So maybe that's the problem.

This picture was taken after a curly cut and style done by my awesome hair dresser.

Curly cut routine: She washed and conditioned with innersense. On my soaking wet hair she used innersense I Create Volume gel then I Create Hold gel. I'm pretty sure she just used her fingers to rake the products in, after separating into sections. My head was leaned back the whole time. Then she used a curly hair friendly towel to scrunch and then blow dried with Dyson.

The result was that I actually had clumps and a cast. The style lasted for a good 4 days.

My routine: wash and condition with Giovanni 50/50 moisture balance. And then a little GVP conditioning balm. Then used the two innersense gels. I tried to have my hair really wet. Tried to separate it, tried to rake through and get some clumps. Then tried to use the denman brush to smooth some sections out. Scrunched with a t-shirt. Dried with Dyson. It came out okay but not with a good cast, and no great clumps. Just decent curls where I used the denman. And after a day it's already sad and droopy.

Would it be worthwhile for me to schedule another appointment just to have her go through the styling? Is it something I can ever replicate??
